Begin your morning with this invigorating 60-minute Vinyasa style class. The class flows through sun salutations, standing poses, balance asanas, and ends with a cool down of reclining poses. This class caters to all levels of yogis, offering inversions and arm balances, while giving modifications throughout the class. Warm up your body from the inside out to create a great start to your day.

TUESDAYS

Midday Yoga Break
Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

Get your second wind with this midday practice. This practice is more of a stregth based practice and focuses on poses that fire up the deeper muscles of the body. Modifications are offered throughout the class so that practitioners of every level can enjoy stepping onto their mat for this energizing class.

WEDNESDAYS

All Levels Flow
Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

This class is designed for students of all levels.  Poses (asana), pranayama (breath) and basic hatha yoga philisophy will be experienced in each hour long class.  Variations and modifications will be offered in the asana practice in order to provide safety and comfort for each student. Flowing sequences of asana and sun salutations will encourage alignment of the body and the breath.  This class will encourage a balance of strength and flexibility.  Each class will conclude with a restorative pose and Savasana.

Yin Yoga
Beginner/Intermediate

FRIDAYS

Suitable for all levels. Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin is yoga at its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class will compliment your Vinyasa practice and will open and release areas in need of more stretching.

SATURDAYS

Unwinding Twists
Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

At the end of your busy day, take 60 minutes and allow yourself some time to unwind. Focusing on twists and deepening flexibility in the back and hips, this class will give you a feeling of release and ready to enjoy the rest of your evening.

SUNDAYS

Candlelight Practice
Beginner/Intermediate

10:00am - 11:00am: Weekend Warriors

Relax at the end of your busy day with a practice lit by candlelight. Join us for this mellow. slower flow. Challenge your balance while practicing with limited lighting. This class is designed for all levels, and is a great way to end your evening. 

Yoga Playground
​Intermediate/Advanced

Come experience the playful side of yoga during this energetic Vinyasa flow! The music will be upbeat to match the tempo of the class. This class will focus on the fun and challenging balancing poses, and offer many arm balance and inversion options. This class often breaks off into a workshop environment about half way thorugh the class so students can try multiple variations of different poses and ask questions as they arise. 

Prenatal Yoga
Expecting Mamas

This prenatal yoga class is designed for all stages of expecting mothers. The structure of this class will help expecting mamas find relaxation and softening through "birth breathing," meditation and visualization while also building strength and flexibility with various poses. The poses taught in this prenatal yoga class will help open and strengthen the pelvic floor. The intention is to create a supportive and nurturing environment where you will be encouraged to connect with your instincts, honor your body, and enhance a loving connection with your baby.

Mommy & Me
Ages: Newborn to Gently Mobile

This class will include an overall body workout while incorporating songs and fun for your little one. Your workouts will be comprised of strength, cardio, and core restoration. Throughout class you have the option of involving your baby in the movement or having your baby close to you.
 On alternating weeks, class will unite mother and baby through use of traditional yoga practices while incorporating mindfulness techniques. Emphasis will be on strength and flexibility, overall body, with special attention to the core and pelvic floor area. You are encouraged to bring a blanket and toys for your baby.


Kids Yoga
Ages: 5yrs - 12yrs

Bring your little ones to this fun and interactive class! This class is specifically tailored for children ages 5 - 12. The class will include breath work, yoga poses, and provide time for fun interactions with others in the class. We will end class with a quiet and relaxing savasana.

Self Myofascial Release & Deep Stretch
Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

Come experience the benefits of self-myofascial release (SMR) followed by static stretching to help significantly increase your range of motion and find some release in tight areas of your body. The practical significance is that by holding pressure on tender areas for a sustained period (30 - 90 seconds), release of the fascia will follow and therefore create a perfect environment for static stretching and working deeper into flexibility. This class will use 5" triggerpoint balls, rollers, and yoga mats. 

Gentle Flow
Beginner/Intermediate

Start your morning with this gentle flow. Work into seated, standing, and balancing poses at an easy going pace. Connect your mind, body, and soul as you follow your breath and gently open up the muscles in the body. Leave this class feeling calm and relaxed and keep these feelings with you throughout your day!

Weekend Warriors
Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

After a long week, step on to your mat and just go with the flow. Our Weekend Warriors class gives you the break your mind and body are craving. This class is teachers choice, so the style of teaching may change every class.
